Locks Direct are committed to selling quality products, which we hope you will be completely satisfied with. However, we understand that sometimes there may be occasions when you need to exchange or return something you have bought.

Looking for an exchange?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please get in contact with us and we will do our best in assisting you with your exchange.

Looking to make a return?

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with any item then you can send it back to: LocksDirect PO Box 148, Bourne, Lincolnshire, PE10 1DY to be fully refunded.

For any items under the Squire 10-year guarantee please get in contact with us to arrange a repair or replacement.

 

*Please note the items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt and complete in original unopened packaging. We cannot offer a refund on orders that have been specifically created ie master keyed orders, any additional cut keys and large volume / bulk orders that have been shipped directly from a manufacturer.
