Yes, we do offer bulk padlocks for wholesale.
We can offer discounts on bulk padlock orders for wholesale and trade customers, but there is a minimum order number to quality for a discounted rate. For further information, please reach out to us at info@locksdirect.co.uk.
It is not possible for us to list every single item that we stock, we even offer discontinued padlock lines. Please let us know If there is specific padlock or security accessory that you're looking for and we will be more than happy to help you find it or suggest a similar recommendation.
Yes, if you would prefer to make a purchase via phone rather than buying online from our website, then you're more than welcome to give us a call and we will be more than happy to process your order and payment over the phone.
Yes, absolutely. Different items require different levels of protection and methods of protection, if you would like our recommendation on which padlock/security accessory is best for your specific needs or more information about a product that you have seen on our website, then we will be more than happy to assist!
Yes, it is possible. We offer a range of keyed-alike padlocks, which means you can have multiple padlocks that all open with the same key. Simply choose the "keyed alike" option when purchasing. There is no limit as to how many padlocks you can have on one key.
Yes, Locks Direct offers a wide range of padlocks that are suitable for commercial use.These include padlocks from our High Security Range and CEN insurance graded padlocks.If you have a specific commercial need for a range of padlocks, please get in touch and we can advise accordingly.
Yes you can purchase additional keys for any padlock that you have previously ordered. For any padlocks that are restricted, patented, keyed alike or on a Squire 6 pin simply send a picture of the front and back of your existing key over to: info@locksdirect.co.uk and we will be able to assist you on the next steps in ordering the extra keys that you require.
We recommend using the Abus PS88 Lock lubricant, which is highly effective to help to ensure longevity in your padlocks as well as loosens sticking locks and mechanisms.
Each padlock comes with a minimum of 2 x cut keys, for more details please refer to the product specification listed on each padlock.
We highly recommend the Squire WS75 Container Padlock, which is our most popular shipping container padlock. This padlock is available keyed to differ, keyed alike or master keyed and can be either on a restricted or patented key profile for added security.

We offer the following delivery options:
For online orders up to the weight of 2kg you can choose either Royal Mail Tracked 48, Next Day Delivery (Parcelforce) or Next Working Day - Pre 12pm (Parcelforce)
For all orders over the weight of 2kg, the only option is Parcelforce due to the weight.
Yes! Locks Direct offer next day delivery padlocks for those urgent or unforeseen occasions. Simply select Next Working Day delivery in the shopping basket when purchasing one of our padlocks online.
Currently, we only offer padlocks online in the UK and do not deliver internationally. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Check your order's tracking number, which you should have received via email. This will provide real-time updates on your shipment's status. For any further updates or questions regarding the delivery of your order please reach out to us and we will help resolve your issue.

Please click here to see Locks Direct's returns policy. If for any reason, you're unhappy with your padlock or security accessory, then you can send it back to us in the original unopened packaging. We recommend you post any returns to us using a service that can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.
If you buy a padlock online or security product from us, these must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Yes, you can exchange your padlock. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please get in contact with us and we will do our best in assisting you with your exchange.
