A

Access Control

A security system used to control who can enter a building, room or restricted area.

Anti-Cut Padlock

A padlock designed using hardened materials to resist cutting attacks from bolt cutters or saws.

Anti-Drill Lock

A lock fitted with hardened components to help resist drilling attacks.

Anti-Pick Lock

A lock designed with additional security features to make lock picking more difficult.

Anti-Snap Cylinder

A euro cylinder lock designed to resist snapping attacks commonly used against uPVC doors.

Brass Padlock

A corrosion-resistant padlock commonly used for outdoor and general-purpose security applications.

Bullet Lock

A compact, heavy-duty lock often used on vans, commercial vehicles and industrial applications.

Cam Lock

A compact lock commonly used on cabinets, lockers, post boxes and vending machines.

Closed Shackle Padlock

A padlock with minimal exposed shackle designed to resist bolt cutter attacks.

Combination Lock

A lock opened using a numerical code instead of a physical key.

Container Lock

A heavy-duty security lock designed for shipping containers, storage containers and site units.

Corrosion Resistance

The ability of a lock or security product to resist rust and environmental damage.

Deadlock

A lock that can only be opened using a key, commonly used on external doors for increased security.

Disc Padlock

A circular-shaped padlock with a protected shackle, often used for storage units and garages.

Double Locking

A mechanism that secures the lock bolt in place to resist forced entry attempts.

Euro Cylinder

A common lock cylinder used in uPVC, composite and wooden doors throughout the UK.

External Security

Security products specifically designed for outdoor use and exposure to weather conditions.

Fixed Shackle Padlock

A padlock with a non-removable shackle designed to improve strength and reduce tampering risks.

Flush Bolt

A door bolt fitted into the edge of a door to provide additional security.

General Security Hardware

A broad term covering locks, hinges, bolts, chains and other physical security products.

Hardened Steel Padlock

A padlock manufactured from hardened steel for improved resistance against cutting and drilling.

Hasp & Staple

A metal fastening device used with a padlock to secure sheds, gates and storage units.

High Security Lock

A lock designed with enhanced resistance against picking, drilling, snapping and forced entry.

Insurance Rated Lock

A lock tested and certified to meet insurance or recognised security standards.

Integrated Locking System

A group of locks designed to work together within a larger security setup.

Jam Resistant Lock

A lock designed to reduce the risk of internal mechanism failure or obstruction.

Keyed Alike

A system where multiple locks can be opened using the same key.

Keyed To Differ

A locking system where each lock operates using its own unique key.

Key Retaining Padlock

A padlock that prevents the key from being removed while the lock is open.

A lock that secures a door using a spring-loaded latch mechanism.

Lock Body

A lock manufactured using zinc alloy materials, valued for its durability and ease of manufacture, typically finished with a surface coating to provide protection against corrosion.
